Your DNA Guide Terms of Service/Sale

Welcome! Whether you’re registering for a free Ask the Experts session or webinar, attending a $10 event, downloading a Quick Guide or mini-course, booking a coaching session, or enrolling in an Academy course, study group or workshop (or anything in between), you agree to the terms below. These Terms of Sale help us ensure a transparent, secure, and fair experience for all learners.

By completing a purchase or registering for free access, you agree to these Terms of Sale, as well as our:

Orders, Payments, and Access

All purchases are for your individual, non-transferable use unless otherwise stated. When you purchase a product or service from us:

  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account information.

  • Digital access is tied to your email and cannot be shared.

  • Most digital content is hosted on platforms like Circle, Vimeo, or Shopify; by purchasing, you consent to access via these platforms.

  • You agree that all purchases are for personal use only and not for resale.

Pricing, Billing, and Taxes

  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted.

  • Sales tax and shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.

  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing or offer promotional pricing from time to time. Price adjustments are not retroactive.

  • You agree to maintain updated payment information so transactions can be processed efficiently.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship physical products through Shopify's platform, using calculated rates based on your delivery location.

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

  • Once your order ships, title and risk pass to you.

  • We currently offer U.S. and international shipping; taxes and import duties may apply at delivery.

Refunds and Cancellations

  • Each product or event includes refund details on its page or confirmation email.

  • Most downloadable, digital, and on-demand products are non-refundable.

  • Live events, courses, and coaching services may have limited refund windows.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Intellectual Property & Fair Use

Your DNA Guide content—including our SPIN process, The Plan, course videos, handouts, and frameworks—is protected by copyright. By purchasing or accessing our content:

  • You agree not to copy, redistribute, or use this content for commercial or public purposes.

  • Transcripts, handouts, or recordings may not be extracted, AI-transcribed, or shared.

  • You may take notes and share your learning, but not our content.

Conduct & Community Standards

By accessing our services, you agree to uphold our community standards:

  • Be kind, respectful, and helpful.

  • Don’t promote outside services or tools.

  • Don’t repost or distribute content that isn’t yours.

Third-Party Tools and Platforms

We may offer access to tools, features, or content hosted by third-party providers. Your DNA Guide is not responsible for those tools, their functionality, or their terms of use. Use them at your own discretion and according to the provider’s terms.

Examples include: Circle, Vimeo, Shopify, Zoom, HubSpot and payment processors.

Feedback

If you share suggestions, reviews, or ideas with us, you grant us permission to use them to improve our services. We won’t use your words in marketing without your consent—but we do reserve the right to learn from your feedback.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Your DNA Guide is headquartered (currently Utah), and any disputes will be handled there.
